Customization carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations generally does not affect the helmet’s certification. However, certain modifications or the use of unsuitable products can compromise the shell’s performance. It is recommended that you have the customization performed by a professional experienced with this type of equipment.

Choose your helmet from the available Arai and Bell models, then select one of our 25 exclusive designs. You can then customize your helmet by choosing the size, type of finish, and various customization options. If you’d like to change the colors, add a name, number, or logo, our design team will contact you to approve the mockup before production begins.

How long does it take to produce a customized helmet?
À As a general guideline, creating the mockup usually takes 7 to 10 days. After the final artwork has been approved, please allow approximately 5 weeks for helmet customization, subject to the model’s availability in stock. These timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the complexity of the project. Since customized helmets are made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been confirmed.

Can we reproduce a specific design, logo, or color scheme?
Yes. You can customize an existing design by changing the colors, adding your name, number, or certain logos. Our design team reviews each request and works with you to finalize your project before production begins, subject to compliance with intellectual property rights.

What is the difference between a helmet customized with a wrap and a painted helmet?
Most of our customized helmets are made using a wrap, a technique that involves applying a high-quality decorative film to the helmet to achieve a precise and durable finish. Some premium models feature a painted customization, complemented by a wrap, to offer an even higher level of finish and additional aesthetic possibilities.

How do you care for a customized helmet?
Clean your helmet with a soft cloth and appropriate cleaning products that do not contain harsh solvents. Avoid impacts and store it away from heat, humidity, and UV rays to ensure the wrap, paint, and clear coat remain in good condition for the long term.
