Delivery

What are the delivery times?

France: Receive your order within 24h, at home or at a pick-up point (for all orders ≤ 30kg received before 12:00 pm for delivery in Metropolitan France) - subject to availability.

Europe: 2 to 6 business days depending on the destination.

International: 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with Chronopost, UPS, Dachser and Schenker.

How can I track my order?

A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Credit card, PayPal, installment payment via Alma (if eligible).
