In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, the Seller made on 06/04/2015 a prior declaration (declaration No. 10 86 86 3) to the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) of the processing of personal data concerning its Buyers, in compliance with simplified standard No. 48 (CNIL deliberation No. 2005-112 of June 7, 2005 creating a simplified standard for the automated processing of personal data relating to the management of client and prospect files – JO No. 149 of June 28, 2005).

For purchases made directly on the site, the Seller collects and processes personal data, as well as the management of the cookies policy. These cookies allow tracking of the buyer’s browsing, updating their cart, recognizing them during their next visit, and securing their login.
